Installation of the new version by Generix
The publisher’s team is working on installing your new version of TradeXpress Infinity®.
Module non-regression tests
We check that the unmodified software modules are still working and have no anomalies.
Report of good operation
Before starting the migration, we make sure that your version is fully operational.
Recovery of databases & configuration
We copy all the databases and specific settings of the old server on the new one. Our team then reassembles the RTE programmes.

Artéva supports you after your EDI migration
Once the IT migration of the flows is completed, we continue to accompany you in order to verify that everything works. In case of an incident, the consultant in charge of your migration will intervene to correct the error flow. We offer you telephone support for several days after the migration.
To complete your migration project, you can opt for our customized EDI training. These will allow you to gain autonomy and familiarize yourself with the features of your new interface.
