The ARTEVA company, whose head office is located at 330 Allée des Hêtres – building D, 69760 Limonest, undertakes, in its capacity as data controller, to protect the privacy of persons using its website and the confidentiality of the information provided (hereinafter the «Personal Data»).

b. What is personal data?

Personal Data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This information includes your name, telephone number and address. This does not apply to statistical data that we collect when you visit our website for example and which cannot be directly associated with your person.

2. Purposes of processing personal data and recipients of the processed data

a. Contact / Commercial Quotes

The purpose of the Artemis website is to respond to requests from professionals for contact in order to present commercial offers that may be of interest to them. The personal data collected concerns contact data and in particular: name, surname, function, postal address, e-mail address, telephone. The processing of data is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a. GDPR.

b. Contacts / Partnerships activities

The Artemis site also aims to respond to contact requests from potential partners. The personal data collected concerns contact data and in particular: name, surname, function, postal address, billing addresses, delivery email address, telephone. The processing of data is based on consent, in accordance with Art.6 (1) a. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

c. Artéva as employer

If you are interested (e) in a career opportunity at Artéva, you have the possibility to send us your application via the «Career» page. The personal data collected are first name, last name, email, telephone, C.V, cover letter. The processing of data is based on consent, in accordance with Art.6 (1) a. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

d. Satisfaction surveys

In order to constantly improve our services and products, and to meet the requirements of our customers, we plan to offer you sporadically to answer satisfaction questionnaires. Participation in these studies is of course free. The information you provide will be used exclusively for this survey and deleted after analysis. This processing is done for the sole purpose of improving Artéva’s service and tools.

II. Cookies and other tracers

1. What is a cookie?

A Cookie is a tracker that Artéva may be required to place on your terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet) when visiting our website. There are different types of tracers (flash cookies, pixels, the result of calculation of fingerprint of your terminal «dit fingerprinting») divided into two categories:

2. Why do we use cookies?

Google Analytics: Our site uses Google Analytics as an audience tracking tool. These cookies collect a number of information when you visit our site. They allow us to measure the audience of our content and to establish statistics on traffic, in order to better understand user behaviour. Google Ads: Google Ads enables our website to run ad campaigns on a regular basis S.E.A. We use conversion tracking in Google Ads. When you click on an advertisement offered by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is installed. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for the purpose of personal identification of the user. If the user visits certain pages of the website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the website know that the user clicked on the advertisement and proceeded to this page. Each Google Ads advertiser has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked by using the website of an Ads advertiser. The information obtained through the use of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads advertisers who have chosen conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, advertisers do not obtain any information that can personally identify users. 5. Your rights as data subject
