Review of the testimony of Fleur TEYSSIER – TMA of the TradeXpress platform®

Fleur Teyssier is a Project Manager, she responds to the needs of clients, estimates the workload on requests and then distributes tasks within her team. She is also the TMA Manager.

She explains that the TMA is to take on all incidents that occur on our customers’ TradeXpress® platform with different priority levels, but also the support of EDI deployments, customer or supplier requests, etc. Customers delegate the activity to us over an extended time period (8:30-18:30 + urgent as required), and appreciate our expertise on the software – from support to requests for complex evolutions (which require specialized skills) – through a dedicated team.

Depending on the client, we intervene for a total control of the platform or for a level 2 role (corrective or evolutionary maintenance); these different formulas are à la carte and adapt to the context of the company that calls on us.

TMA can be used to strengthen, or replace (in case of absence for example) the members of the client’s EDI team with people who are fully familiar with the context and processes, to ensure continuity of service. Artéva is distinguished from others by its human size that allows it a better flexibility and reactivity, but also by its great experience of the tool on which a dedicated team operates and resolves tickets in strict compliance with SLAs. In addition, the steering committees or projects allow for continuous optimization of the tool.
