Report of the testimony of Bruno LABART – Migration of version TradeXpress®
Bruno Labart works at Dimotrans, a transport company that transports goods from the point of production to the point of distribution. His role as Back-Office Manager is to ensure that all the programs necessary for the smooth running of operations, operate internally and with external partners.
EDI is strategic for the company, because the vast majority of information exchanged with partners from all horizons (agents, trades…) transit through EDI.
Their TradeXpress® platform is important in terms of EAI and has been very much used since its implementation. The recent migration of Tradexpress® version with Artéva went well thanks to the advice given on the implementation of the new servers, and Mr. Labart is confident for the future, because Artéva accompanies them regularly in Technical Support. He says that we have the advantage of responding to each request quickly to unblock the situation, and he even adds that he appreciates “Artemis’ experience, competence, understanding of the job and responsiveness” made possible by its human-sized structure.
